I have my masters degree in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy. I began my work in autism and social anxiety with children and adolescents, and then transferred to specialize in anxiety and depressive disorders. With anxiety being a rapid growing realization in our society, I have equipped myself with the proper tools and training to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which allows for both mental reframing of negative thoughts, mindlessness, and interventions to deal with physical symptoms such as panic attacks.
I am also passionate in treating depressive disorders, OCD, ADHD, and trauma based on childhood - with the goal of healing the inner child. Using person centered therapy, you will have a safe space to talk about anything you want with my clinical support. I also offer solution-focused therapy, which is for those who prefer solutions with evidence based tools, provided by both me and you - a collaborative effort in helping you achieve solutions to any problems you want to discuss.
I look forward to being able to help you discover your strengths and regaining control. Your anxiety, depression, OCD, or childhood trauma, does not define you, but together we can use it as a strength in forming your sense of self. If you are interested in exploring these areas, please leave a request for an appointment. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you the best I can. Remember, you have the power to change your life.
