To ease stress, isolation, anxiety, depression, and trauma, I use trauma-informed practices and other holistic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative practices, positive psychology, body based/somatic therapies, and mindfulness. I believe in building healthy coping strategies, communication skills, and reachable goals as part of the healing process.
