I am a therapist who believes that every individual has the power to create the life they desire. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space and offer you the tools to help turn your vision into reality. As an intuitive empath, I have a unique ability to connect with and understand your feelings, which allows me to guide you toward the path that best supports your personal journey.
I hold an undergraduate degree in ABA Psychology from Purdue University Global and a Master's degree in Social Work from USC. I have extensive experience working with both neurodivergent children and adults, as well as individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach combines evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and inner child work. I tailor my therapeutic approach to best fit your unique needs and current situation, ensuring the most effective support on your journey to healing and growth.
With me, you will always be met with compassion and understanding—never judgment. I’m excited to partner with you in creating the life you envision and to support you every step of the way as we navigate the process together.
From anxiety and depression to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), we utilize holistic talk therapies and innovative treatments like eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR).
