I specialize in working with couples, parents, adolescents, and other
individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, work stress, and
life transitions. I use various researched-based practices tailored to my
client’s individual needs.
My bachelor's degree is from Brigham Young University in Business
Management, with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior. I have a
masters degree from California Lutheran University in Counseling
Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I have a non-judgemental approach and meet my client’s where they are. I
honor the unique, confidential therapeutic relationship I have with all my
clients which promotes growth at any stage in life.
From anxiety and depression to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), we utilize holistic talk therapies and innovative treatments like eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR).
