Jennifer Rhee, Associate Clinical Professional Counselor

Supervised by Iesha Duncan LCSW # 106513

I have clinical experience that is committed to help individuals, and families through difficult transitions in their lives, by providing solution focused, strength based, cognitive care.

As an individual and group therapist, I support clients struggling with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, addictions, and life transitions, and have worked with most vulnerable at-risk populations.  My clinical philosophy is to help individuals find their own empowerment, by helping them realize their own self-worth and identify core values, finding their clear purpose in life, and establishing concrete short- and long-term goals.

I am a culturally sensitive therapist with an eclectic therapeutic approach to mental health by using Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy interventions. I hope to provide my clients with the opportunity to see their growth potential and to navigate their ups and downs of life’s journey with health, self-compassion, and empowerment.
