Ashley Rehder believes all people have the ability to discover the truest version of themselves. She has a passion for guiding people to discover peace within their own lives and their relationships. Ashley practices with empathy, kindness, and warmth. Ashley is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and has received her Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.
Ashley graduated from with her Bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University. Ashley tailors her work to collaborate with her clients. She pulls from an eclectic approach using techniques from CBT, Person-Centered, Gottman, Humanistic, and Post-Modernism theories. She frequently works with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, marital and relational conflicts, grief, self-esteem, coping skills, major life transitions, and PTSD.
Additionally, Ashley has had extensive clinical experience working with survivors of interpersonal trauma. In the clinical setting, Ashley has worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
